Inside the Studio

It’s been quite a while since I’ve updated. Much has changed since my last post. We’ve moved into a new neighborhood, which we’re totally digging, and the apartment and studio is slowly being settled into. Done a little painting, a little cabinet installing, but much still needs to be done until we feel 100% settled. On a personal front, it’s a bit of an adjustment moving back into a high rise, but my view in the studio is absolutely inspiring. I’m noticing the twinges of colors on the trees, and the greened copper rooftops of the local buildings are a beautiful backdrop. Today a rainy cloud cover blankets the sky, and the trees are dancing in the wind. It’s a perfect day to curl up on the couch with a cup of coffee and a good book, but alas, work beckons and looming deadlines loom closer. At least I get to stare out at this lovely expanse, no?
